We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Jerome Slowik of Elmwood Park, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Slowik and Irene Slowik; and his brother-in-law Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Helene; his son Joseph Slowik; his cousin Maryann Tolzien (late Steven); and his siblings-in-law, Martin, Richard, Bernie and Henry Bak. He is also survived by child but he and his parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Luke & St. Bernardine Parish or the 19th Century Charitable Association (NCCA) appreciated.
