He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Rosa Torres; his children, Tiffany Salgado, Valeria Salgado and Bruce Salgado; his parents, Santos Salgado and Victoria Delgado; and his siblings, Carlos Salgado, Reyna Garcia (Jose), Victoria Salgado (Sergio Joya) and Roberto Salgado. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
