He was predeceased by: his parents, Hypson Drink and Albert Drink; his wife Arey Mae Drink; his son Kevin Michael Drink; and his brothers, Kenneth Drink and Albert Drink Jr. (Anice).

He is survived by: his daughter Belita Aikens (Ramon); his grandchildren, Mecca of Hinesville, Georgia and Miles Aikens of Hinesville, Georgia; and his siblings, Caslean Montgomery (Otha) of Chicago, Illinois, Mattlone Elain Drink of Chicago, Illinois, Dorothy Jean Goines of Chicago, Illinois, Shirley Ann Sims of Chicago, Illinois, James Lee Drink (Barbara) of Chicago and Flintaldrige Drink (Violeta) of Edmonds. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
