He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Ann; his son William D. Cronin, Jr.; and his brother Robert J. Cronin, Sr. (late Mary Ann). He is survived by: his children, Cathleen Clarke (Patrick) and Brian Cronin (Christine); and his grandchildren, Lauren O'Connor (Bill), Colleen, Eileen, Grace Clarke, Erin and Daniel Cronin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
