He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne. He is survived by: his children, Christopher (Kristen) and Desanie (Gawne); his brother Ron (Marlene); his siblings-in-law, Don and Mary Milinkovich; his grandchildren, Zachary (Rachel), Austin (Megan), Ian (Kendall), Mackensey, Aidan and Parker; and his great grandchild Raelynn.

Funeral Service and Entombment will be at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home and Cemetery, however the services are respectfully requested to be for immediate family only in light of the current spike of CoViD-19.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Wayne's name to an Alzheimer's research fund of the donor's choosing.
