With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne K. Hoffman of Elmhurst, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 1, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Tommye; his children, Mary Jo Mikottis (Mike), Joe (Julie), Andy (Jon) and John; his grandson Alex (Sara); and his sister Carol.
