He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Bjorn; and his siblings, Leota Stapel (Arthur), Velma, Schmidt and Brandt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service follows at 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to Grace Lutheran Church; Rev Victor L Brandt Seminary Scholarship Fund, ELCA Endowment Fund; or Lutheran Social Service of Illinois are invited.
