She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Hurley (Daniel), Mark Cwiklinski (Anna) and Judy Lambert; her grandchildren, Jill, Timothy (Kerry), Stephen (Kacie), Christopher (Kalley), Matthew and Patrick, Sr.; and her siblings, Irene Green and Henry Burzynski (Doris).
