She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Warren Joseph Naxera; her parents, Octavia Cardenas and Ismael Cardenas; her siblings, Joseph Cardenas, Michael Cardenas, Jane Cardenas, Dawn Cardenas Macow and Ethel Cardenas O'Neal; her daughters, Victoria Naxera and Patricia Naxera Wilson; her grandson Gregory Joseph Naxera; and her great grandchild Robert Warren Naxera. She was also cherished by other extended family members and dear friends.
