He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Millay and Mary Millay; and his brothers, Jack, Emmett and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Millay; his son Louis Costabile (Donna); his grandchildren, Joey and Frankie; and his siblings, Steve and Maryellen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
