He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Connelly and Anna Connelly; and his sisters, Jeanette Crean (Jack), June Connelly and Dorothy Ruda (Edward).

He is survived by : his brothers, Edward Connelly (late Nadia) and Jimmy Connelly (late Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Linda Cairns (Michael), Dorise Destefanis, Dan Crean (Linda), Kathy Franklin (Tim) and Dan Connelly.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Catholic Church (779 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
