She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Kristen; her brother Steve; and her husband Leonard. She is survived by: her children, Len III Prescott (Yixin), Bill Prescott (Sandy) and Jeanne Curtin (Dave); her grandchildren, Len IV (Charlotte), Sarah, Kaytee (Danny), Matt (Jaz), Christine and Michael; her great grandchildren, Karsyn, Oliver, Emma, Quincy, Leni, Tallulah, Owen and Ava; and her siblings, Irene, Bebe and Bill.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Joseph Ukrainian Catholic Church, 5000 N. Cumberland Ave., Chicago, IL 60656 would be appreciated.
