She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald D. Prokof; her son James Sloan; her sister Lillian O'Neill (Thomas); and her brother-in-law Rev. James D. Sloan C. P. P.. She is survived by: her children, Ron Prokof, Kathy Milkert (Jim), Catherine Prokof, Karen Loster (Jeff) and Elizabeth Tully (Brian); her daughter-in-law Elizabeth Sloan; and her sister Lucile McGloin (Thomas). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
