It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy L. Ptak (Elmhurst, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 21, 2022, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Engert Bender and Linda Bender; her husband Alan; her daughter Emily; her sisters, Wendy Bender and Tara Barnard (James); her nieces and nephews, Tyler, Sam, Julian, Isabel, Michael, Tim (Lisa), Jennifer and Joey; her aunts, Patricia (late George), Rita (Franz) and Eleanor (Cary); her parents-in-law, Mitchell and Rose Ptak; and her siblings-in-law, Linda (Chip), John and Patty.
