It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Dolores Frolik (Elmhurst, Illinois), who passed away on September 11, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Richard Sr.; and her children, Karen Mitchell (Mark), Richard (Ann), Grannie of Molly, Margaret Mitchell, George, Claire, Marty and Beth Frolik.
