O'Toole (Shelly); her aunt Bette O'Toole; and her friend Claire Severson (Porter). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL in lieu of flowers memorials to favorite charity.
