He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy; his siblings, John, George (Lisa), Terry (Hope), Tim (Kathy), Della, Eileen and Annie; his siblings-in-law, Pat DeLeonardis (John), Jim (Patti) and Tim Mulligan (Susan); and his nieces and nephews, Brian, Sarah, Heather, Katie and Jim.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, 159 Sapsucker Woods Rd., Ithaca, NY 14850.
