She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Doreen) of Elmhurst, Matthew (Macey Morales) of Berwyn and David (Ginny) of Elgin; her grandchildren, Eric, Amelia, Evangeline and Adelaide; her sister Susan Kowalczyk (Walter); and her nephews, Jeff Kowalczyk (Laura) and Jason Kowalczyk (Tara).
