She was predeceased by: her spouse George B. Ackermann; and her siblings, Richard Hoppe (late Elaine) and Raymond Hoppe (late Lille). She is survived by: her child Janice Fieldson; and her grandchildren, Brittany Reiter (Sean) and Derek Fieldson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials will be appreciated for the St. Thomas Hospice, 119 E. Ogden Ave., Suite 111, Hinsdale, IL 60521.
