He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Erber and Margaret Erber; his brother Tim; and his grandparents, Edward, Edna Erber, Allen Richard and Margaret Hodapp.
He is survived by: his daughter Shaye; his siblings, Jim (Tomoko) and Sue Whitworth; and his nieces and nephews, Erin Halden (Matt), Sara Szubert (Krista), Allen Erber (Lisa) and Derek Erber.
