He was predeceased by: his wife Rose "Dolly"; and his sibling Fond. He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Kontek (John) and Denise D; and his grandchildren, Lisa Blazevich (Chuck), Laura Tanny (David), John Kontek, Christy Gumbach (Chris) and Sandy Kurby (Phil).
