He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago Salazar and Juliana Brito. He is survived by: his wife Felicitas Salazar (Alvarado); and his children, Rigo, Saul, Leticia, Julia, Gricelda and Daisy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, one great grandchild, and his son and daughter in-laws.
