He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dunham and Esther Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Marlene J. Dunham; his children, Jeff Dunham (Jan), Tim Dunham (Sara), Liz Dunham and Peter Dunham (Linnea); and his granddaughter Heather Dunham (Jacob Johnson). He is also survived by niece and many nephews.
