She is survived by: her children, Dr. Karen Warner, James Warner (Norma), Nancy Warner and Laura Johnson (Gary); her grandchildren, Pierce and Kamela Johnson; and her siblings, Virginia Krumsee (late Elvin), Edmund Apolinski (late Dorothy), Ted Apolinski and Mary Olson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
