With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert R. Mueller (Elmhurst, Illinois), who passed away on January 27, 2025 at the age of 98. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Richard Mueller and Emma Marie Mueller (Klose Schmidt); and his wife Lois Mueller (Sherman). He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Mueller and Denise Erzinger (Doug); his granddaughter Jordyn Mueller; his sister May Marie White; and his children, Debra Potts (David) and David Mueller (Leanne). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren as well as many friends, co-workers.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (142 E 3rd St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Elm Lawn Cemetery (401 E Lake St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
