He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jaan Kilgast and Leida Kilgast; his child Kalev Helmut Kilgast (Ann Paulette); his grandchildren, Sophia Elizabeth, Lily Ann, Kalev Helmut, Jr., Helmut, Estonia and Germany; and his wife Aino.
