He was predeceased by: his parents, Yim Lei and Yuen Wai Yi; and his brother Im Chin. He is survived by: his spouse Mang Wai "Catherine" Hui; his daughters, Barbara Yim and Anna Yim; his son-in-law Henry Mak; and his grandson Matthew Mak.
