He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara L.; his daughter Marcia Nelson (late David); his granddaughters, Grace Coyne (Nick) and Kate Carnes (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Laine, Cara, Olivia and Robert.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, March 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Visitation Catholic Church (779 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A burial was held on Saturday, March 16th 2024 at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (6011 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
