She is survived by: her children, Jan Concklin (Richard) of Madison, WI, Bruce Chastain (Susie) of Mineral Bluff, GA, Steve (JoAnn) and Gail (Steve); and her grandchildren, Tracy Carolan (Scott), Tim Concklin (Jennifer) and Robert (Angie). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
