He was predeceased by: his spouse Matilda C.. He is survived by: his children, Scott O'Toole (Ann) and Lisa Santoyo (Salvador); his grandchildren, Sharon Grabowski (Jason), Veronica Sotelo (Freddy) and Salvador Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Tristian, Jay, Jr., Enzo and Layla.
