She was predeceased by: her husband Emil; her parents, Concetta Zumpano and Joseph "Sam" Zumpano; and her siblings, Mary Taranto (late Carmen) and Antonio Zumpano.
She is survived by: her children, Michael, Barbara Schmidt (Jay) and Mark; her grandchildren, Andrea Geigner (Tim), Sarah Bedo (Brian) and Aidan Sabatino; her great grandchildren, Luke, Rory Geigner, Gracie, Ethan and Adeline Bedo; and her sister Irene Kramer (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 26th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A prayer was held on Friday, July 26th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Domitilla Catholic Church (4940 Washington St, Hillside, IL 60162). A burial was held on Friday, July 26th 2024 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
