She is survived by: her children, Jami Gabelman of Elmhurst and Andy Gabelman (Kathy) of Barrington, IL; her grandchildren, Sarah Garcia (Joe) of Elmhurst, IL, Ben Gabelman (Katie) of Chicago, IL and Ben Armstrong (Gabriella) of Boston, MA; her great grandchildren, Joey, Emma Garcia of Elmhurst, IL, Yonan and Yael Armstrong of Boston, MA.; and her brother Dale Schafernak of Scottsdale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
