With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine A. Hoving of Elmhurst, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Hoving Sr.; her son Robert Hoving; and her sister Lois Miedema. She is survived by: her children, Richard Hoving Jr. (Darlene), Jan DeJonge (John), John Hoving (Beth) and Bill Hoving (Flory); and her sister Joy Lanenga. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Timothy Christian Schools are appreciated.
