It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eddie A Berg of Elmhurst, Illinois, who passed away on May 13, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Eddie may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Eddie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kay Berg and Edward M. Berg; his siblings, Eric and Ellen; his wife Lorri; and his children, Kevin, Katie, Kristopher, Steven and Gillian.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to Camp Awana, a Christian summer camp that was an important part of both Eddie and Lorri's lives. Checks can be made out to "The Woods" (the camp recently changed its name) and mailed directly to the camp in Fredonia, WI, or given to Lorri to send.
