She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph L.; her children, Luke (Shelley) and Laura Lombardo (Paul); her grandchildren, Anthony, Brianna, Gina and Savannah; her great grandchildren, Roman and Calloway; and her siblings, Maryann Jerzyk (late Eugene), Michael Zelencik (Jill) and Shirley Zang (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, all donations collected will be gifted to Lurie Children's Hospital in Dorothy's name.
