He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his siblings, Dr. John Karamitsos (Barbara) and Estelle Piazza (late Charles). He is survived by: his children, Stephanie (Tom Kruse), Gregory (Caterina) and Peter Karamitsos (Maria); his grandchildren, Christopher Remo (Brianne), Alaina, Nicholas, Alyssa, Eleni and Angeliki Karamitsos; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah and Dominic Remo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
