It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Kolaski (Elmhurst, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 19, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon and Rose. He is survived by: his sons, Michael, Leon and John Paul; his brothers, Tony, Jerry and Leon; and his former spouse Michela Kolaski-Stevens. He is also survived by several grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
