He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sluga and Hazel Sluga (Matts); and his nephew Larry. He is survived by: his children, Victoria (Brad Allen) and Dan (Carrie); his grandchildren, Aili, Frank, Gwendolyn and Mary Grace; his wife Evanis Meier (Meier); his stepsons, Keith Meier and Kevin Meier (Melody); and his siblings, Patricia Richards (Lester) and Gary (Toni). He is also survived by other friends and family.
Graveside services will be private; memorial donations in his name may be sent to the Elmhurst Rotary Charitable Trust, PO Box 147, Elmhurst, IL 60126.
