Carol E. Cahill Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol E. Cahill of Elmhurst, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William T. "Bill"; her sons, Kevin, Mark (Mary) and Michael Cahill (Melissa); her grandchildren, Brenna, Ryan, James, Daniel, Cadence, Amelia and Maya; her sister Mary Cooke; and her siblings-in-law, Colleen Matthys (John), Rosemary Butterfield (John), Karen Walsh, Kevin Cahill (Sharon), Maureen Cahill, Francis Cahill (Diane) and Denise Cahill. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gibbons Funeral Home (134 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (134 Arthur St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
