She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Shields and Minnie Shields (Strode). She is survived by: her husband Marvin L. White; her children, Victoria Harper (Tim) of Vermont, IL, Michael White (Roberta) of Cuba, IL, Christina Werland (Mark) of Smithfield, IL, Cynthia La Salle (Jon) of Canton, IL and Bruce White of Ellisville, IL; her grandchildren, Eric, Christopher, Marcus, Martin and Marlana of Misty, C. R.; and her great grandchildren, Kasi, Kandace, Austin, Andrew, Clayton, Casey, Colton and Maci.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Research and the American Cancer Society.
