He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Blakeslee; his granddaughter Kaylee Blakeslee; his parents, Raymond Blakeslee and Ruby Blakeslee; and his sisters, Betty Lohman and Lucy Amorine.
He is survived by: his children, Freddy Blakeslee (Janet), Darline Heck (Dale), Richard Blakeslee (Cheryl), Benjamin Blakeslee (Stephanie) and Randy Blakeslee (Melissa); his grandchildren, Dale Anthony Heck Jr. (Catrena), Andrew Heck, Daniel Blakeslee (Allyson), Kelsee Partney (Caleb), Makayla Blakeslee, Hannah Blakeslee, Luke Blakeslee and Eli Blakeslee; his great grandchildren, Derek, Evelyn, Elaina Heck and Benjamin Partney; and his brother Karl Blakeslee. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
