He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn V. Rutledge and Irene J. Rutledge (Barnes); his son Troy; his granddaughter Paige; and his siblings, Harold, Harvey, Maurine, Chuck, Dwight, Carolyn, Ruby and Beverly.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Rutledge of Elliott; his son Kip Rutledge (Judy) of Elliott; and his grandchildren, Brandon Ryan (Jordan), Ashley Dooling (Tommy), Brittany Fehrenbacher (Patrick), Hailey Rutledge and Jacob Rutledge.
