He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Cobin and Hazel E. Cobin (Cashion). He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Allen; his children, Brett Cobin (Roxana) of Elkville, Tiffany Alstat (Daniel) of Vergennes, Summer Halstead of Miami, FL and Blake Halstead of Du Quoin; his brothers, Timothy Cobin (Renee) of Elkville and Mark Cobin (Kim) of Canyon Lake, TX; his grandchildren, Coy Cobin, Chelsey Garcia (Brendan), Ean Alstat and Logan Kelly; his great grandchildren, Maddox Garcia and Harper Garcia; and his pet Schatzie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may make memorials to Perry County Humane Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospital for Children and will be accepted at the funeral home.
