She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Beavers and Ella Beavers (Castleton); her former spouse Garnett Cochran; her spouse Francis Heckman; her siblings, Ardell Beavers, Allene Loyd and Eugene Beavers; and her sister-in-law Cora Beavers.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Dale Cochran (Marilyn) of Carbondale and Karen Marie Smith (Wendell) of Christopher; her stepdaughter Marsha Jane Conley (Larry) of Elkville; her granddaughters, Monica Hardesty (John) of Mt. Vernon, Melissa Ingoldsby (Bob) of Christopher and Angela Cochran of Richmond, VA; and her stepgrandsons, Mike Conley (Belinda) of Elkville and Tim Conley (Shannon) of Arizona. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, four step great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and four step great great grandchildren.
