We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Lorna McClanahan of Elkville, Illinois, born in Robinson, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse J. Metheny and Methel Alma Metheny (Matheny); and her spouse Terry Douglas McClanahan. She is survived by: her sons, Terry P. McClanahan (Paula) of Du Quoin, Jesse J. McClanahan of Elkville, Bradley A. McClanahan (Teresa) of Elkville, Brian D. McClanahan (Wendy) of Elkville and Christopher L. McClanahan of Elkville; her brother James Leroy Metheny (Lois) of California; and her nephew Kip Metheny of Lawrenceville, IL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Friends may make memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Perry County Humane Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
