She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Oetzel and Stella Oetzel (Hess); and her siblings, Harlan Oetzel and Doris Grove. She is survived by: her husband Welby Folkes; her son Dan Folkes (Ana); and her grandchildren, Charlie, Ashley and Alex Folkes.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to Elkhart Christian Church.
