He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sr. Guy and Blanche Guy. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his children, Denise Ramis (Dean), Julie Dary (Mike), Michael Guy (Cyndy), Suzanne Kucera (Tim) and Paul Guy; his grandchildren, Stephanie Adamson (Travis), Caitlin Beranek (Christopher), David Ramis, Anthony, Taylor Dary, Savannah, Mychaela Guy, Hannah, Trevor Kucera, Pablo and Neil Guy; his great grandchildren, Luke, Genevieve, Logan and Thea; and his sisters, Sharlene Hink (late Richard) and Patricia Donovan (Richard).
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grove Memorial Chapel (1199 S Arlington Heights Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 9:45 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament St. Julian Eymard Church (601 Biesterfield Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery (1185 W Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, would be appreciated.
