He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Treston Frasco and Alice Ann Frasco; his wife Linda; his children, Tony (Lyza), Michelle (Mike) and Lisa (Ben); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Auggie, Simeon, Anthony, Agnes, Lucy, Faustina, Cameron, Tommy, Remi and Levy; and his siblings, Gerry Surface of Tampa, FL and Lynn Frasco (Judy) of Springfield, IL..
