It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Anne Norris of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, born in Leonardtown, Maryland, who passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ernest I. Sr. Norris; her brother Ernest I. Norris, Jr.; and her niece Erin Rochelle Norris. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer L. Cocagne (Norris); her son-in-law Thomas Cocagne; her grandson Luke; her siblings, Thomas Merle Norris, Sr. (Eleanor) and Francis Ellen Quade; and her nieces and nephews, Eleanor Anne Hilsinger, Thomas Merle Norris Jr., Joseph Andrew Norris, James Michael Quade, Jacquelyn Michelle Greenwell, Jeanette Marie Hammon, Joshua Shane Norris and Rachel Marie Norris-Achterberg.
