He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nicola Neri and Celestina Neri (Miniscalco); his daughter Nora; his pet Apollo; his children, Yvonne, Michele and Rene; his grandchildren, Kristen, Jordan, Jacob, Justyn and Jesse; and his siblings, Pasquale, Amalia, Emilia, Antonio, Ginetta, Giovanni and Coradino.
